Paudel is a doctoral candidate in Rhetoric and Writing Studies (RWS) at
the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where he also serves as an assistant
director of the First-Year Composition Program and teaches first-year composition
courses. He has served as the assistant director of the RWS Program and University
Writing Center. He is associated with the South Asian Foundation for Academic
Research (SAFAR) as an overseas academic counselor and researcher.
